CERIDES participates in successful project proposal for EEA-Norway Grants scheme

CERIDES is happy to announce that the proposal entitled ‘Assessment of Climate Change Effects on Pollution Transport in Cyprus, (ACCEPT)‘, has been selected for funding through the EEA-Norway Grants scheme.

The project consortium is lead by Cyprus Institute. The consortium, apart from the Cyprus Institute and CERIDES, comprises of the Cyprus Department of Meteorology, the Cyprus Department of Labour Inspection, the Cyprus Ministry of Labour, Welfare, and Social Insurance, and the Cyprus University of Technology.

CERIDES’ role in this project will be the implementation of model projections and risk assessment analysis activities in cooperation with the Cyprus Institute. Professor George Boustras, Director, will lead the CERIDES efforts on this project.
