A number of different stakeholders expressed their views on the matter, and some key points were further discussed. #ENISA #DG CNECT #EUC #CERIDES #BOC #CyprusPolice. We salute theses initiatives that aim to enhance cybersecurity awareness, cyber risk management, and networking between the relevant stakeholders. Dr. Yianna Danidou represented #EUC #CERIDES with the speech “Cybersecurity in the era of Internet of Things (IoT) and Social Media” highlighting the benefits of IoT, the impact it can have on our everyday life and other sectors, and at the same time presented shaking statistics on how easy these devices can become a target for cyberattack, or a mean for cyberattack.
