CERIDES – Excellence in Innovation and Technology participated in the implementation of the final multiplier event of the ENREAC-HEI Erasmus+ project entitled ‘Ανοιχτή Επιστήμη – Προκλήσεις και Ευκαιρίες για Νέους Ερευνητές‘, which was organised by the project coordinator Eurosuccess Consulting Ltd.
The event took place on Thursday the 18th of February 2021, and it was attended by a significant number of societal stakeholders. During the event, the finalized version of the ENREAC-HEI course ‘Essential Research & Open Science Skills‘ was presented, and the very successful results of its piloting implementation in Cyprus were analysed. Dr. Christos Dimopoulos, co-Director of CERIDES, hosted a round-table discussion of key Cypriot and international stakeholders who exchanged views on the current status and future challenges of Open Science in Cyprus and beyond.
The aim of ENREAC-HEI was to develop and test a set of MOOC courses on Research skills and Open Science practices, addressed to Higher Education students, in order to increase their skills and competences in research management, open science techniques, collaboration and teamwork.
