CERIDES is happy to report its participation in the implementation of the 3rd Erasmus+ Mobility Week 2022, which was organised by European University Cyprus. The corresponding events took place from the 4th until the 8th of April 2022, at the premises of European University Cyprus.
The aim of the week is to provide an excellent international learning environment and promote networking opportunities among guest lecturers, EUC
faculty and students. The week was enriched with social and cultural activities that gave the participants a taste of Cypriot history and culture.
During the week, Dr. Christos Dimopoulos, co-Director of CERIDES, had the opportunity to present to the participants the results of the Erasmus+ project FA-ST, and discuss with them their implications and the opportunities that they create for future exploitation.
The FA-ST Program was developed in the framework of the European project FA-ST “Fast prototyping and entrepreneurial skills to promote female founded start-ups in STEM (FA-ST)“, which is funded by the Cyprus Youth Agency through the Erasmus+ Programme and coordinated by the European University Cyprus. On behalf of European University Cyprus, Dr Christos Dimopoulos, co-director of CERIDES, acted as the project manager of the FA-ST project. Professor Maria Meletiou – Mavrotheri (Head of Education and Training Services, CERIDES), Dr. Simona Mihai (Director of the PEAK Laboratory), and Dr. Angelos Sofianidis (Research Associate of CERIDES Laboratory), constitute the team that implemented the activities of the FA-ST project.
