CERIDES Research Associate Cleo Varianou-Mikellidou attended the seminar / workshop ‘OSH e-tools in the policy context‘ of European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) in Bilbao, Spain, on the 18th and 19th of September 2019. This participation was made possible via the cooperation of CERIDES, the Department of Labour Inspection of Cyprus (DLI), and EU-OSHA. The aim of the meeting was to present and discuss the e-tools that are being utilized in EU countries with Occupational Health and Safety stakeholders. One of the key actions is helping businesses, in particular micro-enterprises and SMEs to comply with OSH rules.
EU-OSHA is a decentralised agency of the European Union with the task of collecting, analysing and disseminating relevant information that can serve the needs of people involved in safety and health at work.
